Welcome to Mission Monday, a series of posts highlighting the ways North Salem students embrace the district mission of engaging in continual improvement, including questioning, defining and solving problems through critical and creative thinking. The Middle School Robotics Club is happy to introduce a spin-off series of workshops with its first set of classes focusing on 3-D printing.

In these sessions, led by eighth grader Ellen Herlihy, students explore web-based programs including TinkerCad to create original designs to print in the library's 3-D printer. In addition, eighth grader Jasper Gitlitz has provided 3-D pens for students to try out, enabling them to draw in a whole new dimension.
