Pequenakonck Elementary School’s fifth-grade students recently participated in a Genius Hour, a program that allowed them to utilize creativity and critical thinking to tell a story with a number of communication strategies.

In the below photos, students can be seen exploring materials to spark their creativity, clarifying the stories they are telling, creating props like shadow puppets to help tell their stories, and experimenting with technology, including stop motion animation and green screen applications, to create their narratives.
