Peer Leaders Share Stress-Busting Tips

Time management can be a problem, but it can be solved through creative and critical thinking.

Peer leaders at the high school recently created and presented a two-day lesson to students in the Freshman Seminar about time management and strategies to reduce stress before and during tests. The lesson was delivered while students are preparing for their final exams and Regents tests at the end of the school year.

The peer leaders did a fantastic job delivering the lessons and the freshmen students were eager to participate in the lessons’ activities and begin implementing some of the tips as they study for end-of-year exams.
